Design
 
SINOM CCM has established strategic relationship with the renowed CCM R&D institutes in China for technical collaboration, also has an excellent design team which consists of 65 experienced technicians who are working in metallurgy field for more than 20 years. We design copper mould tube and plate based on the specific working and operation condition of continuous casting customers. SINOM CCM adopts advanced mould machining software TEBIS for programming to realize complete automatic machining to guarantee the process accuracy.

Manufacuring equipment
 
To ensure the quality of copper mould, the raw materials was imported from Chile, which were melted and casted to copper ingot in our meltshop. The machining precision of manufacturing equipment directly affects the product quality and performance. It is powerful in machining with more than 2000 sets equipment including CNC gantry machining centre, CNC boring & milling machine, CNC grinding machine, oil press, etc. SINOM CCM also has our own electro-plating workshops for mould tubes and mould plates which enable us to control coating with our advanced electro-plating technologies.

Testing equipment
 
In order to satisfy customers' requirement, we establish strict quality control and inspection management system. All products shall be tested in our physical and chemical laboratories. Our laboratories are equipped with advanced facilities to meet different testing demand for copper mould tube and plate.
